This website is operated by NALO. These Terms of Service apply when you visit nalosupply.com, place an order or use the services offered through the store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the checkout and footer.

Products

NALO sells carry and travel-system products, including tracker cards, card holders, passport holders and bundles. We aim to show product information, prices, images and availability clearly. Minor differences in color, finish or packaging may occur because of screen settings, production batches or product updates.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown before you complete payment. Orders must be paid through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders

After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you if information is missing, if fraud or payment issues are detected, or if a product is unavailable. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will refund the unavailable item or order amount.

Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, customs information and address-change rules are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates unless checkout or a separate written confirmation expressly says otherwise.

Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Return rights, the 100-day NALO guarantee and the statutory withdrawal process are explained in our Returns and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.

Legal guarantee

Products must meet the agreement and the standards required by applicable consumer law. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, contact us at hello@nalosupply.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Use of the store

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its security, use automated systems in a way that harms the service, submit false information or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The NALO name, product copy, images, layout and other store content are owned by or licensed to NALO. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use store content without permission, except where allowed by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy policy. Shopify also processes information as the platform provider for the store and checkout.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where this would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, NALO is not liable for indirect losses, business losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time you place an order unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence.
