Where we ship
NALO accepts orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, we cannot currently ship to that destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of €50 or more qualify for free standard shipping where this option is available at checkout. Product prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless checkout states otherwise.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation by email and, when tracking is available, a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs processing or incorrect address details.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nalosupply.com. We can only change an address before the order has been handed to the carrier.
Customs and import costs
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Missing, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@nalosupply.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
