100-day NALO guarantee
NALO gives you 100 days after delivery to try eligible NALO products at home. If the setup does not fit your carry routine, you can request a return by emailing hello@nalosupply.com with your order number.
This 100-day guarantee is an additional store promise. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and mandatory distance-selling rules apply to your order, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive the product to tell us that you want to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. After you notify us, you then have 14 days to send the product back.
How to start a return
- Email hello@nalosupply.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.
- Pack the product securely with all parts, accessories and packaging that came with it.
NALO covers standard return shipping for eligible returns when you follow our return instructions. If a prepaid return option is not available for your country, contact us before sending the product back.
Return condition
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Returned products should be complete, clean and undamaged beyond normal inspection. If a product has been used more than necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund where allowed by law.
Refunds
We refund eligible returns to the original payment method. For statutory withdrawals, we refund the amount required by law, including standard delivery costs where applicable, within 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. We may wait until we have received the product back or until you provide proof that you sent it back, whichever happens first.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
If your product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nalosupply.com. Include your order number and photos where helpful, and we will help with a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
